Himalayan Flavour on Joel Street in Northwood Hills has been serving Nepalese and North Indian cuisine since 2012. The menu features traditional Nepalese chicken curry and honey chicken tikka alongside the broader subcontinental range — balti, biryani, tikka masala and vegetable dishes — with the kitchen selecting ingredients to reflect the distinct flavour profile of Himalayan cooking rather than the standard British-Indian approach. The dining room takes table reservations for evening sittings, and the kitchen also handles delivery and takeaway orders for the surrounding HA6 streets. The Joel Street parade now has a concentration of restaurants and the Himalayan Flavour has been one of the more established presences on it since opening in 2012.
