About Di Carlos Traditional Wood Burning Oven
Di Carlo's was founded in 2013 by Rino Cusenza, a local Italian who noticed that authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza was simply unavailable in Enfield. The kitchen uses a sourdough base made with imported Neapolitan 00 flour and bakes directly in a wood-burning oven with Italian ingredients — a genuine point of difference in a town full of standard pizza takeaways. Pasta dishes use Agnesi dried pasta from Naples with homemade tomato sauce, fresh garlic and basil. The shop is on Southbury Road a short walk from Enfield Town station, with delivery on orders over £13 through Just Eat and Deliveroo. Closed on Mondays.
