Lazio's Pizzeria trades from the small Greengables retail row off Station Road in New Waltham, in a unit that has previously housed other pizza operations including a Dominic's branding. It runs as a small independent pizza, kebab and chicken takeaway, the kind of village evening shop that depends on local collection trade and short-distance delivery rather than a wider catchment.

The menu is built on the standard British-takeaway pattern: pizzas in 10 and 12 inch sizes with cheese-and-tomato as the entry, meat feast, BBQ chicken, Hawaiian and four-cheese options through to specialty toppings, alongside garlic bread, calzones and dipping sauces. The kebab and chicken half covers donner, shish, mixed grills, fried-chicken meals and wraps. Trade leans heavily on Friday and Saturday evenings — when New Waltham's small village centre does the bulk of its takeaway custom — with collection from the shop the most common route. The site has a history of changing operators on a fairly regular cycle, so customers tend to treat each new fit-out as effectively a new business. Useful for the village; not on the wider Grimsby radar.
