About Spicy Flames

Spicy Flames on Howard Road describes itself as an award-winning takeaway bringing the taste of authentic, home-cooked Indian food to south Leicester. The accolades support that claim: Home Delivery of the Year, East Midlands at the English Curry Awards in 2016, and the same title again in 2017. The menu covers the full North Indian and Bangladeshi range — chicken tikka masala, creamy kormas, fluffy naan and a comprehensive vegetarian selection are all recurrent customer favourites. With a 4.9-star rating from over 5,000 Just Eat orders and an FSA hygiene rating of 4, Spicy Flames is one of the most consistently praised delivery operations in the Clarendon Park and Howard Road area.

Quality Service Value

Third time I´ve ordered from Spicy Flames and they out do themselves every time. Polite and friendly employees which really makes a difference, and they look dapper too. The food is by far the best Indian cuisine I´ve ever had. Best Indian in Leicester without a doubt.

Quality Service Value

Genuinely stunned by the array and quality of the vegetarian selection. Really stands head and shoulders above the rest of the Indian restaurants I have ever eaten at or ordered from. The rest of the stuff isn't bad either! Everyone here agreed it was fantastic.

Quick delivery as per usual, all food correct and piping hot - it felt as though the chicken Pakura were a little overdone as they were a bit too crispy for me - just my preference, so not necessarily a bad thing, but this is why I´ve rated the food "good" rather than "excellent". It was still a great meal, and would definitely recommend. One of the best in Leicester!
