Eighteen curry sauces are sold on their own here, no meat attached — korma, dhansak, naga, samber, rogan josh and the rest — which says a lot about how this kitchen thinks about its base. The two main boards mirror each other: fifteen traditional curries, then the same spice patterns again as baltis. What lifts it is the house specials list, where dishes carry names rather than styles — Khushboo, Shajanee, Nawabi, Sylheti Dhanya, Indian Summer, Balti Zaffrani, Lal Balti, Chargha and Balti Exotica among twenty-eight. Starters lean heavily on puri, with garlic chicken tikka, chana chaat, lamb garlic and king prawn versions. Breads run past twenty, including chicken tikka and garlic naan, keema and garlic, kulcha and stuffed paratha. Rice is similarly deep — chana pilau, lemon, coconut, garlic fried, chilli fried. English dishes and a short burger-and-wrap list handle anyone who came along for the ride.
