Indian Orchard Takeaway

Indian Orchard was founded on Devonshire Road by Dudu Miah after a decade managing the nearby Sunam Tandoori, during which time the kitchen hosted figures including Prime Minister Tony Blair and cricket legend Ian Botham. When it opened it was the first Indian eatery to be awarded a perfect ten out of ten in a Blackpool Gazette restaurant review — a benchmark that set it apart on the Fylde coast. In 2004 the business acquired the adjacent premises and converted them into a fully licensed restaurant, giving diners the choice to eat in. The kitchen specialises in Bangladeshi and Indian cooking, with over a thousand reviews across platforms returning an average of 4.2 out of 5. Set meals and a broad curry menu serve both the takeaway trade and the sit-in restaurant.
