Kormas get a section of their own, split five ways between Ceylonese, Hyderabadi, Kashmiri, Mughlai and Peshwari. Running parallel to all of it is a full pizzeria — around twenty-five pizzas from Istanbullian to Mexican Volcano — plus calzones and hoagies that borrow the curry sauces, so a chicken tikka chasni can arrive folded in dough or in a roll. Chip-shop staples, baked potatoes, omelettes and battered fish cover the rest, and larger orders are handled by munchy boxes, grill boxes and set meals scaled from one person up to four.
