Faustos Fish and Chips and Pizzeria Takeaway Menu

Almost everything in the fried-food section is listed twice, as a single or as a supper with chips, and the roll-call is unmistakably Scottish: haggis, black and white pudding, king rib, chip steak, spam fritters, smoked sausage and gammon steak in breadcrumbs. Fried pizza sits there too, in full, half and quarter portions, quite separate from the actual pizza list. That list is entirely house-named — The Braveheart, The Body Builder, The Inferno, The Sweet Tooth, The Seasonal, 1st Prize Winner and a Faustos Secret — built at ten, twelve and sixteen inches, with Margherita also made in a seven-inch. Two box deals bookend the menu, one billed as an Indian munchy box and one as a chippy box with gravy or curry. Pakora comes mixed, chicken, vegetable or mushroom, pasta is limited to macaroni, lasagne and bolognese, and cheese salads are topped with tikka, gammon, tuna mayo or coronation chicken.
