An Egyptian thread runs through three separate sections — an Egyptian Kebab described as enough for two, an Egyptian Special Pizza and an Egyptian Calzone — which is not something most Hamilton curry houses carry. The burgers are named for comedy rather than description: Big Bob the Builder, Yankee Doodle Dandy, Mamma Mia, Skyscraper, Tex Mex and a Tandoori Smash. Beyond that the kitchen is a broad one. House specialities run to Faislepurre Royale, Laziz Lahori, Punjabi garlic masala, Mazedar with cheese and a south Indian garlic chilli chicken; kormas are split six ways including pistachio and Shakuti. Curry sauces reappear as calzone fillings across madras, rogan josh, achari, balti, karahi and Punjabi masala. Mexican tortillas and nachos, the latter with a vegan version, sit next to puries, munchy boxes and hoggies. For groups there are three-and-a-half-litre trays of curry, rice and chips, and pakora counted out in fifties.
