Victor Pizza Co at Woodneuk Road in Househillwood is the production facility for one of Scotland's most quietly influential food manufacturers. Founded in the 1970s as a small family bakery, Victor Pizza now supplies around 95% of chip shops in Scotland with its Pizza Fritto — the deep-fried chippy pizza that is a staple of the Scottish fish supper experience. The Woodneuk Road site predates the company's recent expansion into a 24,500-square-foot Coatbridge facility. Victor also produces pizza bases, dough balls, and nutritionally balanced lower-salt pizzas developed with Eat Balanced.
