Catering quantities are built straight into the menu. A buffet section sells starters by the fifty — chicken pakora, chicken tikka, mixed samosas, spring rolls, poppadoms, onion rings, hot and spicy wings, mini pizzas — with mini naans by the twenty-five, garlic mushrooms and spiced onions by the two litres and garlic mayo by the litre, and whole chicken, lamb, tikka or vegetable curries listed alongside. The burger board is the other outsized part: twenty-two builds, each available on its own or as a meal, including Dagwood Tower, Juicy Lucy, LA Twister, Scotch Special, Yankee Doodle Dandee and a Turkish roll. A parmesan section does chicken in Kiev, Sicilian and meat feast versions. Kormas cover Kashmiri in banana, mango or pineapple, plus Dilabahar, Mirchi and Mughlai, and the chef's specialities include a chicken, honey and mint balti. Peri peri, nachos, pooris and munchy boxes fill the gaps.
