One of the better-known South Side curry stops on Paisley Road West, Chilli Cottage has been serving the Cessnock and Ibrox community for years, offering a concise but reliable menu of Pakistani-influenced curries, wraps and grilled chicken. The kitchen is best known for its chicken tikka dishes — tender, chargrilled and served in a range of sauces — alongside garlic naan and a short selection of vegetarian options. The venue is principally a takeaway, with a handful of tables for those eating in. The business rebranded as The Chicken Corner in 2024 and continues trading under that name, with Deliveroo and its own site carrying the updated menu. Good value on the South Side with honest, straightforward cooking rather than elaborate dining-room ambition.
