Leysdown Kebabs

Leysdown Kebabs, trading as Leysdown Pizza and Kebab House, is a long-running kebab and pizza takeaway in the seaside village of Leysdown-on-Sea, at the eastern tip of the Isle of Sheppey. It caters to both year-round residents and the seasonal flow of holidaymakers heading to the beach and the nearby caravan parks. A December 2024 food hygiene inspection rated its hygienic food handling as very good, reflecting a tidy, well-run kitchen.

The menu brings together freshly carved döner, shish and kofte kebabs with a broad line-up of pizzas, from margherita and farmhouse to pepperoni and Hawaiian, alongside burgers, chicken strips and the usual wraps and sides. Portions are generous and everything is made to order, whether you are after a quick post-beach bite or a family feast. As one of the few takeaways this far east on Sheppey, it is a genuinely useful local fixture.
