Max's Caribbean Kitchen is the mobile Caribbean catering operation based on the Eagles Road industrial side of Greenhithe — a flexible-trading vehicle rather than a fixed shopfront, set up to deliver Caribbean fusion meals and to run catering for events and parties across the wider Dartford and north-Kent area. The owner runs an active Facebook and Instagram presence under the Max's Caribbean Kitchen brand, with the shopfront-style Bluewater-area site listed separately at the shopping centre.

The board is proper West Indian home-cooking — jerk chicken with rice and peas, curry goat, oxtail, brown stew chicken, fried plantain, festival dumplings, the inevitable Sunday-style soul-food platter — alongside the imported scotch-bonnet and pimento heat that anchors a real Caribbean kitchen.
