The shop trades under a story dating roughly a decade back, when two brothers moved to the area from London and spent several years working in a local takeaway before opening their own pizza counter on the parade. The pizzas are handmade rather than reheated, the dough prepared on site, and the topping list runs to upwards of twenty-five named combinations alongside a build-your-own option. The kitchen runs an unusually late shift — six in the evening through to half past two in the morning — which positions the shop firmly in the post-pub trade for both central Dartford and the Dartford Road residential catchment. The shop holds a current FSA hygiene rating and trades through Just Eat alongside its own ordering site for both collection and delivery.
