The shop trades as a takeaway and delivery operation rather than a sit-down dining room, with the kitchen running the broad British-Cantonese set — sweet-and-sour chicken or pork in batter, satay sauces, chow mein and Singapore noodles, sizzling beef, salt-and-pepper preparations, curry-sauce builds, set menus for two and three, and crispy aromatic duck — at a price point that holds against the surrounding Indian and kebab shops on the parade.
