Beef gets equal billing with lamb here, both running ten dishes deep through madras, bhuna, rogan josh, dansak, sagwala, korma, pasanda, jalfrezi and kata masala — a fuller beef list than most Indian kitchens bother with. Each curry is tagged mild, medium or hot on the menu itself, so the heat is settled before ordering. Three duck dishes sit apart as a karahi, a makhani and a jalfrezi, and the chicken section breaks from the standard grid with Chicken De Gama, Nizami Chicken and Naga Chicken; lamb offers Handi Gosht. Starters lean towards the tandoor with duck, lamb and chicken tikka, seekh kebab and butterfly king prawn, though pakora and curry ribs are there too. Curry sauces are sold on their own — masala, dansak, korma, curry and vegetable — useful for pairing with the sides, which include four omelettes among the saag aloo and bombay aloo.
