Nonna's Kitchen was founded in 2012 by Joe Ricotta with the express aim of bringing authentic Sicilian cooking to Hoddesdon. The kitchen sources ingredients carefully from Sicily and local suppliers: passionate Sicilian chefs prepare pasta made with ricotta and spinach, wood-fired pizzas and a patisserie counter that turns out traditional cannoli — crispy shells filled with fresh ricotta — and over twenty flavours of house-made gelato.
