Chef’s Special is inspired by the Middle Eastern traditional Lahmacun recipe (sometimes known as a Turkish Pizza) – a delicious lamb recipe with lots of herbs and spices. Normally served on a flatbread without cheese, Chef has adapted this recipe to include a thin layer of mozzarella and confit tomatoes. Allergen: Gluten, Wheat, Milk.
