Paul's Fish and Chicken Bar on South Row is a traditional fish-and-chip shop serving the Pathhead community at the eastern end of Kirkcaldy. Battered fish, fried chicken and chips in the Scottish chippie tradition form the core of the menu, with the freshly fried simplicity that makes a local chip shop irreplaceable in its neighbourhood. South Row lies in one of the older residential quarters of the Lang Toun, close to the boundary with Dysart — the historic coastal burgh known for its Pan Ha' preserved cottages, the 1576 Tolbooth and the harbour rebuilt with Robert Stephenson's assistance in 1829.
