Several dishes appear twice on the chef's special board, once medium and once hot — jaipuri, karahi, Kashmiri karahi, nagpuri, garam masala, chilli masala, garlic chilli, the house special curry and a barbecued chilli all come both ways, with pasanda offered mild or medium instead. That gives a section of roughly fifty entries where many takeaways would carry twenty. Names elsewhere reward attention too: Waldorf korma, Dilbahar and Ghorka kormas, chicken tikka prawn Goa, honey mint masala, Sattari tikka and a kofta special. The classics column keeps Kashmiri korma in banana, mango and pineapple versions. Pizzas take some liberties — tuna and banana, a korma pizza, Indian feast, Punjabi style, Fireball and Heatwave. Breads include a chocolate naan, a Kashmiri naan and a spicy chicken paratha, while the wrap list runs to a reggae chicken and a southern fried naan wrap with chips.
