Duck is treated seriously, with Cantonese and Chinese styles plus plum, orange, lemon and satay sauces. Starters lean crispy, taking in aromatic duck, sesame prawn toast, honey dew chicken wings and satay skewers. For smaller appetites there are 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 snack meals combining fried rice, chow mein, chips and a sauce, and set dinners scaled from one to four.
