Salamis on Cranbrook Road has been a family-run Turkish restaurant and takeaway since 1982, making it one of the longest-established Turkish operations in east London, and it won the Turkish Food Awards in 2013. All meat is HTC halal certified, and the kitchen prepares its chilli sauce, pizza toppings, and marinades from scratch rather than buying in pre-made.
