Established in 2003 as a family business, it sources produce locally and prepares all fillings fresh daily. The ever-changing freshly baked scones and ground coffee have made it the kind of spot that Longniddry residents plan their mornings around, and it offers full-service catering alongside the regular counter trade. A second branch operates in Prestonpans. The shop runs Monday to Saturday and closes in the mid-afternoon, making it a lunch-hour and mid-morning destination rather than an evening takeaway — a deliberate choice that keeps the operation tight and the quality high.
