Morito Hackney Road

Morito Hackney Road is the larger, "vast" sibling of the beloved Morito on Exmouth Market in Clerkenwell -- the little tapas bar next door to the legendary Moro restaurant. Where the original Morito is intimate, the Hackney Road site is a sprawling, energetic space that brings the same Moorish tapas and Mediterranean mezze to a much bigger room, trapping what the owners describe as "the vibrancy of London whilst transporting you to the Mediterranean." A favourite pre-concert destination for venues along Hackney Road and a reliable neighbourhood restaurant for the E2 community.

The menu covers Moorish and Mediterranean tapas and mezze: made-to-order Moroccan flatbreads, small plates of outstanding quality drawing on Spanish, North African and Middle Eastern traditions, alongside daily specials and a thoughtfully curated selection of cocktails, low-intervention wines, soft drinks and music.
