The downstairs pub menu centres on impeccably sourced British seasonal cooking: hand-rolled beef and barley buns (a Marksman signature), bar snacks, seasonal soups, and a short selection of main courses change with the seasons. The upstairs dining room offers a more composed tasting menu format. The drinks list is exemplary, with well-kept real ales, natural wines and thoughtful spirits.
