About Burnt Arches
Burnt Arches is the newest and most ambitious site of the Burnt restaurant group, opened in April 2026 on Poyser Street in Bethnal Green by the family-run team of Honor and Finlay Logan. Having built a devoted following at two earlier Burnt sites for their outstanding baked goods, the Poyser Street arches location gives Finlay the space to do more expressive, produce-led cooking alongside the signature pastry and bread programme for which Burnt has become celebrated.
The baking programme covers Burnt's signature pistachio croissant, a rhubarb and apple chausson tossed in cinnamon sugar, a savoury Welsh rarebit custard danish and a range of seasonally changing loaves. From May 2026, a full brunch and lunch menu and evening carte have been added: dishes such as southern fried crab-stuffed confit chicken wings with hot honey, mac and cheese Scotch pie, and crab risotto with nduja butter and miso-cured egg yolk. A genuinely exciting addition to the Bethnal Green food scene. Open daily.
