About Blacklock Canary Wharf
Blacklock Canary Wharf is the biggest chophouse yet from the acclaimed Blacklock group, housed in a dramatic 120-cover warehouse space under the railway tracks by the north dock at Wood Wharf. The Nudge reviewed it enthusiastically, describing "chops, flattened and scorched with an iron, skinny or big ('door-stop-thick'), either prime rib, lamb or porterhouse with smoked bacon" alongside a 10-metre-long bar serving Old Fashioneds and new bar snacks including pigs head nuggets. An outdoor terrace completes a space that is one of the most atmospherically exciting new restaurant openings in Canary Wharf.
Blacklock has built its reputation on pre-Reformation chophouse cooking: iron-pressed chops from grass-fed British livestock, served simply with sauces and sides. The all-in Sunday lunch (£30 for everything) has been one of their most celebrated offerings across all locations. The Canary Wharf site -- the largest to date -- brings all of this to Wood Wharf's growing restaurant community. The 10-metre bar is one of the longest in the area and serves a full cocktail list alongside the food. Booking essential for weekends.
