Tigermilk Spitalfields

Tigermilk Spitalfields is the spectacular new flagship of the Paris-born Latin American brasserie group, opening at the London Fruit Exchange on Brushfield Street in May 2026. Founded by Nina and Alexis Melikov, Tigermilk has grown to 13 restaurants across Europe and describes itself as "the Latin American answer to the European brasserie." The Spitalfields site is the group's largest ever at 280 covers, spread across two floors with 230 indoor seats and a 50-cover terrace.

The space is designed as a grand hacienda inspired by the estates of Cuernavaca, Mexico: guests enter through a courtyard and move through interconnected rooms including a main dining room, an orangery seating over 80, and a six-metre-high bar stocked with over 2,000 bottles and more than 250 tequilas and mezcals. The menu features cochinita pibil tacos, truffle quesadillas, ceviches, lamb al brasero, chipotle-marinated T-bone and beef barbacoa alongside inventive cocktails and desserts including maracuya tiramisu and dulce de leche cheesecake.
