About Noisy Oyster
Noisy Oyster is a glossy, modern seafood bistro that opened in June 2025 in the Norton Folgate development on the border of Spitalfields and Shoreditch, right opposite Shoreditch High Street station. The restaurant comes from restaurateurs Madina Kazhimova and Anna Dolgushina, the duo behind the acclaimed Firebird in Soho, and is designed by the internationally celebrated Crosby Studios (Harry Nuriev) with exposed ceilings, fluorescent green accents, metallic finishes and an expansive terrace that catches the evening sun over the Shoreditch skyline.
Chef Alfie Bahnan (previously of Trullo and Paradise) leads a kitchen focused on sustainably sourced seafood from France, Spain, Portugal and Mexico. Signature dishes include oysters shucked to order with smoked tomato water and horseradish, heavily buttered red caviar toast, pressed skate schnitzel with peach panzanella, and monkfish skewers with colatura di alici XO and lardo. The restaurant's signature mini ice-cold martinis are paired with many dishes throughout the meal. The terrace is one of the best outdoor dining spaces in E1. Closed Mondays. The Nudge calls it "a glossy new restaurant serving sustainable seafood and mini martinis in Shoreditch".
