Needoo Grill

Needoo Grill is a celebrated Punjabi restaurant on New Road in Whitechapel, opened in 2009 by a former manager of the legendary Tayyabs. Like its neighbour, Needoo specialises in authentic Pakistani Punjabi cooking with the focus firmly on the grill, and the two restaurants are often spoken of in the same breath as the finest Pakistani grills in East London.

The menu centres on superb grilled meats: signature lamb chops marinated in Needoo's own masala blend, seekh kebabs, behari mutton tikka, chicken tikka and the famous mix grill platter. Karahi dishes, biryani, daal and freshly baked naan round out the offering. BYOB with no corkage charge. Halal certified. Air-conditioned with a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
