Legado is a celebrated Spanish restaurant in Shoreditch from Michelin-starred chef Nieves Barr-agan Mohacho -- the acclaimed chef also behind Sabor in Mayfair. Backed by JKS Restaurants (Gymkhana, Lyle's, Bao), Legado opened in August 2025 at the striking new Montacute Yards development on Shoreditch High Street and has been immediately acclaimed as one of London's finest new Spanish openings.

Like Sabor before it, Legado draws on culinary traditions from across Spain's diverse regions, with dishes that celebrate the country's extraordinary range of produce, techniques and flavours.
