Grillzbase is a 100% charcoal-grilled halal restaurant and takeaway on Mile End Road in Stepney Green, East London. HMC-certified and rated 5 stars by the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (updated March 2026), Grillzbase has built a loyal following for its exceptional quality grilled meats, unique open char-pit cooking system and fresh smoothies.
