Bar Crispin

Bar Crispin is the intimate natural wine bar sibling to the acclaimed Crispin restaurant in Spitalfields, from the same HAM Restaurants group. Located on Bethnal Green Road close to the junction with Shoreditch High Street, Bar Crispin is a compact, neighbourhood wine bar with a strong focus on low-intervention and natural wines from small producers across Europe, alongside a concise menu of seasonally led small plates and snacks.

The atmosphere is relaxed and convivial -- exactly what a great wine bar should feel like -- with knowledgeable staff who can guide diners through a list that changes regularly as bottles sell out and new discoveries are added. Food plates are simple and well-executed, designed to complement the wines rather than overshadow them. A popular pre-dinner drinking spot as well as a destination in its own right. Open Tuesday to Saturday from late afternoon; weekend lunches also served. No reservations for small groups -- walk in or book for larger parties.
