This one reads like a trattoria menu that happens to travel. Pizzas are named in Italian and topped accordingly — prosciutto crudo, prosciutto cotto with mascarpone or funghi, salsiccia e cipolla, tonno cipolla, salmone, quattro formaggio and a seafood Mare — and the pasta section is built largely on penne, worked through amatriciana, boscaiola, arrabbiata, imperiale, al salmone and quattro formaggio, with tagliatelle al salmone e gamberetti, spaghetti di mare and a risotto di mare for the seafood inclined. Chicken is treated as a proper secondo rather than a topping: pollo cacciatone, funghetto, arrabbiata, al formaggio and a pollo e funghi risotto. What breaks the accent is the local streak — deep fried haggis balls among the starters and a haggis calzone under special meals, next to a barbecue chicken one. Desserts are made in house, covering tiramisu, banoffi pie and panna cotta, and starters include mussels, crostone and mozzarella panzanella.
