Three trades share one counter here: a Scottish fryer, a pizzeria and a kebab grill. The fried side keeps the classics honest — haddock and cod, haggis and haggis bites, king rib, smoked sausage and steak pie, with a battered Mars bar waiting at the end. The pizza board is the biggest single section, built at seven, ten and twelve inches across Milano, Sorrento, Capricciosa, Marmaris, Nettono and Al Diavola, and topped off with a Haggis Pizza that could only come from this part of the country. A separate vegetarian run adds hot, sweet and mega veggie versions in every size. Parmesans get their own category — Kiev, Hot Shot, Hawaiian, Funghi, Pollo and Tikka — and burgers come quarter- or half-pounder throughout. Munchy boxes are graded bronze through diamond, and trays of doner meat can be ordered with chips, cheese or both.
