San Telmo

San Telmo is the fish-and-chip shop in the Fordington area of Dorchester on the eastern edge of the town centre, set in the riverside conservation area — the shop holds a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 ("Very Good") from the FSA register, with the kitchen running cod and chips, a kids menu and the late-night snack range. The Spanish-sounding name belies the traditional British chippy menu.

Opening pattern is split-shift, six days — Monday-to-Saturday 11:30-14:30 then 16:30-21:00, closed Sundays. Collection or sit-out from Fordington; local delivery is not the focus.
