Baguette and Coffee Bar

Baguette and Coffee Bar on Fore Street operates as a daytime sandwich and coffee shop in the centre of Okehampton, the gateway town to the northern edge of Dartmoor and home to the ruined castle above the West Okement river. The shop serves filled baguettes, hot drinks and light snacks for the morning and lunchtime trade — walkers heading onto the moor, cyclists on the Granite Way and workers from the market town's businesses. Fore Street is Okehampton's main commercial street and the cafe is well placed for those arriving on the Dartmoor Railway line from Exeter. Hours are daytime only and the operation closes by mid-afternoon.
