Best Kebab The Take Away

Best Kebab is the long-running kebab takeaway on the Market Place in Heanor, the small ex-mining town a few miles south-east of Ripley. It is the central-Market-Place option on the late-night kebab list and trades primarily to the Heanor pub-and-club crowd once trade peaks after ten.

The menu is the standard mixed kebab-shop sheet — doner, shish and mixed kebabs as the headline, plus burgers, southern-fried chicken, wraps, pizzas, garlic bread starters and the usual chips, onion rings and dips. The shop trades primarily on collection from the counter, with a small delivery radius across the central Heanor postcodes through the aggregator apps.

It is one of three independent kebab-shop operations on the Heanor central run — Best Kebab on Market Place, Fellas on Market Street, Mr T's Pizza on Market Street — and the Market Place position makes it the most visible of the three for after-pub trade off the Red Lion and the surrounding Heanor pubs.
