Temptations Desserts and Chai trades out of the Rosehill Business Centre off Normanton Road, sitting on the dessert-bar end of the South Asian food corridor alongside the Scoops and Creamies operations. The cooking covers the familiar South Asian dessert-bar list — gelato, sundaes, milkshakes, waffles, hot cookie dough, fresh-made crepes — with a chai counter that gives the place its name. The pink (kashmiri) tea is the drink reviewers most often name, and the wider hot-drinks line covers the chais and coffees that pull the evening sitting crowd.
