Cob Shop

The Cob Shop is the small lunchtime sandwich shop on Friar Gate, working the office and Cathedral Quarter walk-in trade on the western edge of central Derby. The shop sells cobs and rolls built to order, with the usual sandwich-shop filling list. The shop gets busy at lunchtime and is one of a fairly small number of dedicated sandwich shops on this side of the centre, with no rival within a several-minute walk.
