The trick here is a single confectionery list applied to nine different bases. Roughly fifty chocolate bars and biscuits — Wispa Gold, Jammy Dodger, Happy Hippo, Terry's Chocolate Orange, Freddo Caramel, Magic Stars — are each offered as a full waffle, a half waffle, a crepe, a pancake, a croffle, cookie dough, a brownie, a donut tower and a milkshake, which is how one shop ends up with a menu this long. Layered on top are two kunafa ranges, Dubai and Kinder, plus a cornflake-crunch set doing the same across cakes, platters and waffles. The counterweight is a proper old-school pudding section: cornflake tart, jam coconut sponge, hot apple crumble, sticky toffee and warm chocolate pudding, each with custard or vanilla ice cream. Signature tower cakes run to red velvet, Lindt Lindor and Rainbow Dreams. A sweet-shop side sells jarred pick'n'mix, cola cubes and rhubarb and custard, with dipped strawberries, bananas, pretzels and marshmallows as extras.
