Rather than one long list, this menu is chaptered by curry style, with bhuna, dhansak, dopiaza, kashmir, korma, madras, pathia, rogan, saag and vindaloo each given a heading of its own. Working through it, the detail that stands out is the prawn: king prawn and tiger prawn are offered as separate choices in almost every section, so a dhansak, a pathia or a biryani can be ordered either way. Heat is signposted too — the Tandoori Treasures run splits into mild, medium and fairly hot, moving from shahi korma and butter chicken tikka through korai lamb and mushroom dopiaza to jalfrezi and chilli masala. Tandoori cooking gets its own list of shashliks in chicken tikka, lamb, king prawn and mixed. Eleven vegetable sides cover masala dhal, chana saag, aloo peas and bombay potato. A small kebab counter sells doner, chicken tikka and chicken pakora kebabs with chips, and the rice list stretches to keema pilau, coconut, prawn fried and vegetable pilau.
