Pide is what separates this from the usual kebab list: five boat-shaped flatbreads, from kasarli cheese and sucuklu with Turkish sausage through kiymali minced lamb and kusbasili with tomato and peppers. Alongside them sit house specials that stay traditional, including Iskender kebab, Ali Nazik and Alti Ezmeli each in chicken and lamb versions, and a slow-cooked lamb shank. Cold starters are the mezze standards done properly, with baba ghanoush, pilaki, kisir, dolma and cacik; the hot ones bring borek, icli kofte and lahmacun. Whole fish appears as sea bream, sea bass and salmon. The drinks list is unusually developed for a takeaway listing, with Yeni Raki and Tekirdag Gold beside Turkish wines from Kavaklidere and Pamukkale. Sharing platters are built for two, four or six. Desserts stay Turkish too, running through kunefe, katmer, Kemal Pasa and baklava.
