The core is fried chicken sold by count: wings and tenders in fives, eights or a twenty-piece family box, each listed plain, with fries, or with the kitchen's signature homemade rice. That rice returns as the base of a loaded rice box topped with shawarma, seekh kebab, doner or sweet chilli chicken. 'Loaded' is the operating word throughout — loaded fries, loaded wraps and loaded mac and cheese all come in beef or chicken, simply or fully dressed. Kebabs are handled as Istanbul lamb doner and lamb seekh rolls in naan. Desserts run under their own Sweet Tooth banner: brownies, cookie dough, waffle sticks and shakes in Biscoff, Kinder, Oreo and Nutella, plus a Dubai cake.
