The Niche on Montgomery Street is a restaurant and cocktail bar that has become one of Irvine's more talked-about dining destinations, drawing customers from across North Ayrshire with a menu that mixes Scottish produce with European influences. Montgomery Street runs through the Fullarton area on the western edge of the town centre.
