Few menus try to be this many things at once: an Indian kitchen, a Chinese kitchen, a pizzeria and a Scottish chip shop, each with its own starters, sides and set meals. The curry list is named by treatment rather than protein — chasni, jaipuri, achari, dansak, pathia, Begum Behar Tikka, Tikka Nentara — with a separate vegetarian run through saag paneer, matter paneer, chana masala and aloo gobi. The Chinese side brings salt and chilli everything, kung po, plum and satay sauces, General Tso's chicken and chicken balls by the bagful. Then the chip shop: haggis, black pudding, dressed fish, steak pie, fritter rolls and, inevitably, fried Mars bars and battered cheese pizza sold half or full, with or without batter. Munchy boxes come Indian, Chinese or salt-and-chilli; the party buffet trades in fifties — fifty pakora, fifty chicken tikka, fifty crispy vegetable rolls — and a Mexican corner adds fajitas and soft tacos.
