Blossom Café

Blossom Café is the farmhouse café within VSA's Peterculter community farm, serving breakfast, lunch, hot and cold drinks, and home baking daily from 10:00 until 16:00. Rated 4.3/5 on Google with recent 2025 reviews praising café food and service, the kitchen operates as part of VSA's trainee programme for adults with additional support needs. Coffees use Caber Coffee from a long-established Aberdeenshire roastery, and the autumn menu is published at vsa.org.uk/blossom. Scotland's Food Hygiene Information Scheme inspected the café in August 2025.

Morning service runs until 11:30 with options such as the Full Scottish, The Veggie One with veggie sausages, beans and mushrooms, and sourdough toast with smashed banana. Lunch from 11:30 includes Soup of the Day with a bread roll, Mac Cheese with chips, chicken fillets with chips, and Veggie Curry with rice. Sandwiches and subs come with tortilla chips, including pesto and mozzarella or houmous and red pepper vegetarian fillings. The cake counter offers bakes from 11:30, alongside flat whites, cappuccinos and luxury hot chocolate. Orders are for collection on site; the café does not list on major delivery apps.
