Grilled peri peri chicken is the core — butterfly, boneless thigh, quarter, half, whole, shredded, wings in fives, eights and tens, each offered alone or as a meal — but the section showing how the kitchen thinks is Mix It Up. It crosses four proteins (peri peri strips, shredded chicken, crispy fried salt and chilli chicken, doner kebab) against a row of bases: plain chips, cheesy chips, peri chips, peri cheesy chips, BBQ chips, BBQ cheesy chips and rice. Twenty-five combinations out of four ingredients. A fried counter runs in parallel with Louisiana BBQ wings, buffalo wings, southern fried hot wings and southern fried bites. Pizzas are made on a fresh base in two sizes, including a cheesy chips version and a Nutella one, and platters scale from single to mega. Halloumi recurs throughout — as fries, char grilled, in a burger, on a salad — which is not a given on a chicken-led menu.
