The section labelled Pasta Dishes is doing more work than its name suggests. Alongside spaghetti carbonara and bolognese, lasagne al forno, ravioli, linguini salmone and linguini alla pescatora, it carries three risotti in marinara, ai funghi and della casalinga, and a set of proper second courses in Pollo alla Champagne, Pollo alla Sorrentina and Scaloppine Lombarda, the last served with either spaghetti or chips. Two dishes are built as a base with a choice of protein: penne all'arrabbiata and linguini al pesto genovese each come plain or with chicken, king prawn or Italian sausage. Pizzas are the other half, thirteen recipes across nine, twelve and fourteen inches, running from margherita and napolitana to prosciutto e rucola, salmone e rucola, pescatora and quattro stagioni. Three calzoni are folded at twelve inches. Starters lean salad and bread, tricolore, caesar, rucola and mista, mixed crostini, bruschetta and garlic flatbreads. Tiramisu closes it.
